Terms of Service — EventGrabber

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the EventGrabber add-on ("the add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.

2. Description of Service

EventGrabber is a Google Workspace add-on that uses the Google Gemini API to extract event details from emails and create Google Calendar™ events on your behalf.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Gemini API key.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with your Gemini API usage.
• You agree to use the add-on only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Google's terms of service.

4. No Warranty

The add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free, that event details will be extracted accurately, or that the service will be available at any given time.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any missed events, incorrectly created calendar events, or any other damages arising from use of the add-on.

6. Third-Party Services

The add-on sends email content to the Google Gemini API for processing. Your use of Gemini is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
